Property Description
On this property there are 3 units, which we rent as vacation rentals:
** In the duplex, at the rear of the property, there are two Townhouses.
** In the cottage, which you see in the photo to the left, is a 2nd floor Studio/Master Bedroom Suite with kitchenette.
We are conveniently located on de la Vina Street, in a quiet residential area near the corner of Micheltorena. A 2 block walk east will take you to State Street near the famous Arlington Theatre. It's an easy 1.5 mile walk down State Street past restaurants, shops and theaters to Stearns Wharf, which separates East Beach from West Beach.
During major holidays and Fiesta you can walk to State Street to watch one of the fantastic parades, the arrival of Santa Claus and the lighting of the Christmas tree, or enjoy the festival atmosphere so characteristic of downtown Santa Barbara. Your "home away from home" will be awaiting you away from the hubub of State Street when you return.
